Duties and Responsibilities,

Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development
strategy

Plan for the company's financial success

Determine key business development KPIs (Key Performance
Indicator)

·        
Require to do a regular market research.

·        
Build strong networks with builders, landlords, and building owners

·        
Build strong relationships with industry professionals,
consultants

BDM requirements and qualifications,

·        
3 to 4 years of experience as a BDM in the
hospitality industry, real estate, or any relevant industry

·        
Degree is a must, MBA preferable

·        
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        
Excellent leadership skills

·        
Critical thinker and problem solver

·        
Great presentation skills
