Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our companyby identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our suite of packaging products and services. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives and contribute to overall company success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email outreach, and industry events.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the packaging industry.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a customer database to ensure ongoing communication.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
Collaborate with marketing to create and implement promotional campaigns and materials.
Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our packaging solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
Provide feedback and insights to management regarding market demands and client preferences.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align sales and operational strategies.
Reporting:
Track and report on sales metrics and performance against targets.
Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.

PriyaQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (experience in the packaging industry is a plus).
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
