Job description

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of production or
  service teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and
  safety protocols.


• Monitor and guide team members in performing tasks such
  as assembly, maintenance, quality control, or vehicle repairs.


• Coordinate with the production manager or department
  head to optimize workflow, production targets, and resource allocation.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety
  standards, and company policies.


• Identify and resolve issues related to equipment,
  quality control, or team performance, ensuring minimal downtime.


• Conduct regular training and skill development programs
  for team members to enhance productivity and quality.


• Maintain detailed records of production outputs,
  inventory, and any incidents or accidents.


• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality
  assurance, engineering, and inventory management, to meet production goals
  and address challenges.
