understand company criteria and search for the right property.

Collect
all major and minor details of a property. Follow the company process to make
sure a property has a clear title.

Familiarity
with real estate language, their significance, and application.

·        
Performing
comparative market analysis to estimate property value.

·        
Should
have good knowledge of real estate properties available within the city.

·        
Stay
current with real estate markets, trends, and best practices.

·        
Search
open listings to find properties.

·        
Ability
to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

·        
Should
have prior experience of sourcing Residential, Commercial and Retails property.

·        
Get
inquiry for redevelopment projects via – newspaper / brokers / channel
partners/etc.

·        
Having
thorough knowledge of checking Feasibilities / FSI  working / DCPR working.   

·        
Recruiting,
Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure
efficiency in sales operations and meeting of targets.

·        
To
suggest strategies for pricing and marketing and develop the business plan.

·        
Maintaining
contacts with Real Estate Players/Agents/Developers/PMCs for updates on market
situations that might affect timely completion of projects and its cost
implications.

·        
Guiding
in Tender/Proposals. Analyzing feasibility report of projects.

·        
Monitor
the follow ups with Society/PMC/Architects/Legal consultants.

·        
Ensure
team members communicate on the status of the project every 15 days to the
society.

·        
Checking
with the PMC for the facts which are given in the tender and accordingly work
out the proposal.

·        
Liaisoning
with government agencies.

·        
Monitor
regular feeding of data/updates in the software related to meetings / follow-up
/ paperwork / reminders.

·        
Prepare
Project Analysis Report.

·        
Conduct
regular department meetings. To report on day to day basis to Director.

·        
Any
other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
