Executive - Import Purchase

Job description

1.    
Sourcing
& Procurement:

o   
Identify and select reliable
international suppliers for automobile parts, raw materials, and components.

o   
Negotiate pricing, terms, and
conditions with overseas suppliers.

o   
Ensure timely ordering and
procurement of required goods.

o   
Manage and track orders to ensure
smooth processing and timely delivery.

2.    
Logistics
& Import Management:

o   
Coordinate with logistics teams to
ensure smooth shipment handling, including customs clearance, freight
forwarding, and inventory management.

o   
Ensure compliance with import
regulations, tariffs, and customs documentation.

o   
Maintain accurate records for
imports, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.

3.    
Supplier
Relationship Management:

o   
Build and maintain strong
relationships with international suppliers to ensure consistent quality,
delivery, and cost competitiveness.

o   
Conduct supplier performance
evaluations and resolve any quality or supply chain issues.

o   
Monitor and analyze supplier
performance to ensure high standards and compliance with contract terms.
