Sales Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and activities to management.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve company-wide sales goals.

After-Sales Support:

• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and assist with any post-purchase needs.
