Job Overview:
We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Delhi. The ideal
candidate should have a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Attendance Management,
Onboarding, and Documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding of
candidates.
Manual Attendance Management: Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of employee
attendance records.
Onboarding & Documentation: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring proper documentation
and compliance.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, coordinate with departments, and support HR
processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Attendance Management, Onboarding, and
Documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
