Roles and Responsibilities
1. Program Development and Management:
- Design,implement, and manage institute programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop program objectives,timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and
stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with faculty, staff,industry partners, and participants to ensure program relevance and
success.
- Act as the primary point of contactfor program inquiries and communication.
3. Event Coordination:
- Organize and oversee events, workshops, and seminars related to the program.
- Manage logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and speaker coordination.
4. Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Oversee the allocation of resources and optimize operational efficiency.

5. Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the communications team to promote programs through various channels.
- Develop contentfor marketing materials, social media, and newsletters.
6. Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data on program performance and participant feedback.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
7. Curriculum design responsibilities:
- Develop and structure educational programs, courses, and learning materials.
- Align curriculum with institutional goals, standards, and learner needs.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning.
- Conduct needs assessments and research to inform curriculum updates.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders for content development.
- Evaluate and revise curriculum based on feedback and learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
