Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. MIS Reporting & Data Management:
Develop and maintain regular MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc).
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across various reports and dashboards.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
2. Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyze trends, patterns, and insights from data to support management decisions.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in business operations.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
3. Database Management & Automation:
Maintain and update databases, ensuring timely data entry and processing.
Use Excel macros, VBA, Power Query, SQL, or BI tools to automate data extraction and reporting.
Work with IT teams to integrate systems for seamless data flow.
4. Business Coordination & Support:
Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance) to fulfill their reporting needs.
Support management with key performance indicators (KPIs) tracking and dashboards.
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning.
5. Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain documentation for all MIS processes, reports, and automation scripts.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros, VBA).
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or HRMS systems (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in MIS reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools
