Job description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

·  Manage a team of sales associates, ensuring a high level of motivation, performance, and customer service.

·  Achieve and exceed retail sales targets through effective leadership and driving store initiatives.

·  Maintain and enforce store policies, procedures, and standards in line with company guidelines.

·  Ensure the store is visually appealing by managing displays, inventory, and cleanliness.

·  Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering personalized services to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

·  Monitor and manage store stock levels, orders, and inventory management.

·  Prepare and manage operational budgets, schedules, and staff rosters.

·  Regularly assess the team’s performance and provide training/coaching to improve sales and operational efficiency.

·  Analyze store performance metrics, track KPIs, and take corrective actions where necessary to improve results.

·  Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and professionally.

·  Ensure adherence to company policies regarding security, health, and safety standards.
