Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring
alignment with production needs, timelines, and quality standards.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with vendors to identify areas for process improvement,
cost reduction, and operational efficiency in production.
Quality Control: Ensure all third-party products and services meet internal quality standards,
conduct regular inspections, and monitor performance metrics.
Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with third-party vendors,
ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure seamless
integration of third-party production into the overall supply chain.
Inventory Management: Monitor third-party inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and
prevent shortages or overstocking.
Budget Control: Track and manage the budgets for third-party production services, ensuring
cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of third-party activities,
performance reports, and key metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Issue Resolution: Address any challenges, delays, or discrepancies in third-party production
processes, working collaboratively to resolve issues.
Compliance: Ensure all third-party vendors are compliant with industry regulations, safety
standards, and company policies.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the internal production team,
procurement, and logistics to ensure coordination and smooth production flows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology , Microbiology or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, vendor management, or
supply chain roles, preferably with third-party suppliers or manufacturers.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain
management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven
decisions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
