Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical sector.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide technical consultation to clients regarding product applications and benefits.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Technical Expertise & Support:
Understand and promote the company’s range of chemical products.
Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Work closely with R&D and production teams to develop customized solutions.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
