Junior quality assurance officer

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material & Product Testing:

   • Conduct online testing for incoming materials, in-process samples, and finished goods to ensure they meet the required quality standards.

2. Plant Hygiene Maintenance:

   • Regularly check and maintain hygiene standards within the plant to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

3. Pre-dispatch Inspection:

   • Perform thorough inspections of finished goods before dispatch, ensuring that products meet quality specifications and are free from defects.

4. Documentation & Compliance:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to FSSAI standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
   • Ensure all quality assurance and control processes are documented in compliance with regulatory standards.

5. Manufacturing & Packaging Verification:

   • Verify the quality parameters for manufacturing and packaging instruments, ensuring that machinery and equipment adhere to the defined operational standards.
