Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing sales, and maintaining inventory. This role involves managing staff, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the store.
  
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
  

2. Sales & Customer Service:

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  
• Implement promotional activities and marketing strategies.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  

3. Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage store employees.
  
• Schedule and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  

4. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  
• Conduct inventory checks and minimize shrinkage.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for stock availability.
  

5. Financial & Administrative Duties:

• Prepare sales reports and analyze financial performance.
  
• Handle cash management, budgeting, and expense control.
  
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to financial policies.
