1. Policy Develop and Implementation
Develop, update and implement Environment, Health and Safety policies and procedures in accordance
with industry standards.
2. Compliance Monitoring
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and state federal agencies like KSPCB, Ground water
authority, PESO, boilers and Dept of factories boilers industrial safety and health.
• Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance
• Liaising with relevant authorities
3. Training and Education
Provide training sessions to employee on safety protocols, emergency procedures, waste management and
proper use of safety equipment’s
4. Implementation of ISO 14001(EMS) & 45001(OSHAS)
5. Safety Communication
Conduct regular safety committee meetings to share best practice techniques and to prevent the root cause
of incidents.
6. Incident investigation
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to
prevent reoccurrence.
7. Environmental Management
Monitor and manage environmental aspects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and
promoting sustainability
8. Emergency drills
Organize and conduct regular emergency response drills like fire and spill drill to ensure preparedness.
9. Safety inspections
Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify and rectify the hazards
10. Develop and work towards achieving Corporate Sustainability Goals.
11. Waste management
