Job description
Customize sales presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the client’s requirements are met with the right solutions.Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor for IT solutions.
- Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to improve their business operations.
- Provide ongoing support during the sales cycle, including negotiating terms, answering queries, and overcoming objections.
Business Development & Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress in a CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to provide insights and develop tailored solutions.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with prospective clients.
- Close deals by addressing objections and ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation phase.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementations.
- Provide regular feedback on sales activities, customer trends, and market insights to senior management.
- Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and other relevant company events.
