Position: Sales Executive
Experience: Min 1 year in field Sales
Location: Jabalpur
Qualification: Any graduate
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase the benefits and features of the products/services.
- Tailor presentations to specific client needs and provide compelling reasons to buy.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Monitor sales performance and work closely with the Sales Manager to implement strategies for growth.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape sales strategies.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, including sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer feedback.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
- Share insights and collaborate with other sales team members to drive growth and improve sales strategies.
Negotiation and Closing Sales:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to close sales.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Preferred)
Experience:
- Freshers or [X] years of experience in sales or a related field (depending on the role’s requirements).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle rejections and turn them into opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
