Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the daily operations of battery-swapping stations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless functionality and service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and supervise field staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain the reliability and safety of all operational activities.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to expand our service network and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
- Ensure all field operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve operational issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to align operational activities with business objectives.
