HIRING FOR CUSTOMER RELATION ASSOCIATE

Location - Delhi

CTC - 3 to 5 LPA + Variable

Working - 5 days working / rotational shift

About the Role:

As a Customer Relations Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer interactions across multiple channels (chat, call, and email).
• Providing top-notch support and resolving customer queries efficiently.
• Effectively using and navigating our Customer Support (CS) tools.
