We are an SAP Partner, offering SAP Implementation, Application Management Services, Migration, Rollout, Consulting and Advisory services. AAKIT has projects in India, Europe, Middle East, and East Africa.

SAP has recently announced a new offering Rise with SAP which is Business Transformation as a Service. AAKIT is one of the few partners which is authorized to offer Rise with SAP to customers.

Most of our new projects are on the S/4 HANA platform. We also have customers who use SAP ECC and Suite on HANA also.

We are aiming at building a pool of resources who will join our team as full-time employees and join our agile and high performing teams in various projects. The candidates joining us

will be provided with training and will undergo rigorous training and will then work on training projects. This will be coupled with some opportunity to work on live projects. This an ideal opportunity for students who are looking for a jumpstart in the Web/mobile development along with exposure to SAP.

Inside sales & Tele caller (junior level):

Telemarketing Representative Job Duties:

 Educate the prospective customers to bring them to the table to discuss SAP S/4 HANA service by following a prepared script to give service and customer reference information.

 Calling prospective customers and answering calls from customers

 Getting Contact Information of Senior Persons

 Talking to senior IT managers / CFO / Directors

 Conducting primary research on the company by using tools like Probe 42, Lusha and other telemarketing tools.

 Connecting with the qualified companies.

 Forwarding qualified leads to sales team at AAKIT system logs.

 Follow up calls for unanswered connections.

 Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

 Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

 Maintaining weekly, monthly, and annual reports of data collected.

 Maintains technical knowledge.

 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Telemarketing Representative Skills and Qualifications: (Inside Sales)

Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Telephone Skills, Organization, Energy Level, Persistence, Product Knowledge

What kind of candidates to be shortlisted by you for Interview.

 One year+ experience

 Good Communication Skills. Can explain their current role clearly.

 Good Speaking skills in English / Marathi / Hindi

 Need candidates from Mumbai location only

 Knowledge of Excel / Word / PowerPoint / SharePoint
