Experience- Minimum 10–15
years of experience in mutual fund distribution or wealth management, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role.

Location-Mumbai and travelling
all India



 



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



 



1.  Strategic Planning and Growth:



o Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for setting up and
scaling the mutual fund distribution business.



o Set and achieve national targets for revenue, AUM (Assets Under
Management), and client acquisition.



 



2. Team Leadership:



o Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of regional heads,
relationship managers, and sales professionals.



o Drive team productivity and foster a collaborative work environment.



 



3. Business Development:



o Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other
key stakeholders.



o Expand the partner network to enhance market penetration and reach.



 



4. Client Management:



o Ensure a superior client experience by developing robust service
standards.



o Drive initiatives to onboard and retain HNI and retail clients.



 



5. Marketing and Brand Building:



o Collaborate with the marketing team to promote mutual fund offerings
and enhance brand visibility.



o Conduct webinars, seminars, and campaigns to increase client
awareness.



 



6. Performance Monitoring:



o Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular updates to
the leadership team.



o Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.



 



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:



 



Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably MBA in Finance or
Marketing).



Experience:



o Minimum 10–15 years of experience in mutual fund distribution or
wealth management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.



o Proven track record in driving revenue and managing teams.



 



Skills:



o Strong understanding of mutual fund products, financial markets, and
client behavior.



o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.



o Ability to build strategic partnerships and drive business growth.



 



KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
(KPIS):



1. Achievement of revenue and AUM targets.



2. Growth in the client base (HNI and retail).



3. Expansion of the partner and distributor network.



4. Adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
