Team Lead- PHP

Job description

Key Skills:
o 8-10 years of experience in creating and managing web applications and APIs projects.
o 5 years of Experience in PHP Frameworks - Laravel or CodeIgniter
o 2 years of experience in front-end technologies - Angular/ReactJS
o 3-4 years of experience in team management, leadership and mentoring.
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize between projects and tasks.
o Should have worked with client directly in couple of projects. Experience in communication with overseas client over call, emails and other communication mediums.
o Excellent coding and problem-solving skills
o Strong knowledge of PHP object orientated concepts
o Knowledge of caching mechanisms
o Good knowledge of XML/JSON and using 3rd party API’s.
o Experience in implementation of third-party service like Payment gateway, SMS Gateway etc.
o Strong knowledge in database design, writing SQL/stored procedures and optimization.
o GitHub or Gib based version control experience
o Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
o User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
o Experience in analysis and estimation of projects.

Good to have skills:
o Experience with NoSQL databases
o Working with Linux servers
o Experience with cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP
o Understanding accessibility and security compliance
