KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, Develop & capitalize on new business opportunities in the HORECA segment, Multi Outlets Brand &
Distributors across Delli NCR Region
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Stakeholders
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer
preferences.
Work closely with Internal team to ensure coordination & smooth flow of Sales Operations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deals with customers, follow up with Customers on Orders & payments
Enter into tenders with Customers & ensure Price Quotes, follow up till closures
Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on Ready-to-Eat foods in the HORECA Segment
Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Business, Sales
Strong understanding of HORECA and distribution networks across the region
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work WITH INTEGRITYand collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of MS Office & Computer Skills
Willingness to travel as required.
