It also involves deployment ofthe Group’s Human resources policies, procedures at BECHEM. As a support function this role will becritical to work very closely with all the functions at BECHEM to support them to achieve the Functionaland Business goals, working closely on the resource planning, development and transformation/changemanagement to enable Growth of the Organization.Execution of various HR projects:a) HR projects – Automation of HR process, Optimization/ outsourcing of HR functions – Payroll,third party employment.b) Formulation of new policies, revision of existing HR policies and developmental programsc) Introduction of various rewards and benefits schemes, engagement initiatives.d) Drive labour law compliances for factories and sitese) Drafting and execution of agreements with service providersf) Auditing of HR process and recommend for process improvementsg) Work as backup resource for any unforeseen emergencies at office and factories.Key responsibilities:1. Drive new HR initiatives, automation of HR systems and implement the HR projectsindependently.2. Formulating personnel policy, assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep ofemployee handbook, policies, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development ofpolicies.3. Liaise with the various stakeholders towards running employee engagement initiatives related toCSR, communication meetings, Cultural events, etc. 24. Monitoring and controlling of labour law compliances across factories and sites including subcontractors.5. Responsible for streamline the time and attendance of factories and site employees6. Executing the employment contracts, agreement with various service providers – security,crèche, medical, consultants etc.,7. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation andresolve any issues that may arise.8. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new rewards & recognition andorganizing team-building activities.9. Preparation of monthly MIS and submit various reports related to attendance, absenteeism,leaves.10. Work as back up for compensation and benefits and factory HR and IR functions11. Visit site locations, government department as and when required12. Influencing and Negotiation skillsSkill requirements:1. Proven working experience as individual contributor/ Managerial role from reputed companiesin generalist role.2. Good exposure and knowledge of best HR practices and Labour Laws.3. Proficiency in HR software, ERP and HRIS system.4. Ability to work independently and good in follow-ups5. Should be able to handle strength of more than 500 plus employees6. Strong in persuasion, influencing skill without authority, Team player, go-getter, self-motivated,ability to manage and handle multiple tasks at multiple sites.7. Good academic track from reputed institutes.8. Excellent written and verbal communication skill
