Job Title: Medical Officer (Industrial Health)-

MBBS + AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health)

Location: [Hyderabad]

Department: Occupational Health & Safety

Reporting To: [Factory Manager / HR Head]

Job Summary:

A Medical Officer with an MBBS degree and an AFIH certification plays a crucial role in occupational health and safety. Their primary responsibility is to ensure employee health, conduct medical examinations, and implement health policies in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical checkups for employees.

  Diagnose and treat occupational and general health issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with industrial health and safety regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage workplace injuries and emergency medical situations.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and implement health awareness programs.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain medical records and health reports as per legal requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with management to improve workplace safety.

  Handle occupational disease surveillance and prevention.

  Train employees on first aid and emergency response.
