As a Power Platform Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing
technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of solutions built on the
Microsoft Power Platform, which includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI,
and Power Virtual Agents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to
ensure high-quality deployments and support for our clients and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical
Support:
Provide
first and second-level support for issues related to Power Platform
applications and services.
Analyze
and resolve technical problems, incidents, and service requests in a
timely manner.
Act
as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate problem
resolution.
Solution
Optimization:
Monitor
and maintain the performance of Power Platform applications and services.
Identify
opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements for better
performance and user experience.
Perform
root cause analysis for recurring issues and support process improvement
initiatives.
Documentation
& Reporting:
Create
and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, known
issues, and solutions.
Prepare
regular reports on support activities, including ticket status,
resolution timelines, and trends.
Document
best practices and provide training materials for end-users.
Collaboration:
Work
closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to
understand application requirements and provide technical guidance.
Assist
in the deployment of new releases and updates for Power Platform
applications.
Participate
in knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops within the team.
Continuous
Learning:
Stay
updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices of the
Microsoft Power Platform.
Pursue
relevant certifications and training to enhance skills and knowledge in
Power Platform technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum
of 5 years of experience supporting or developing solutions on the
Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong
expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the Power Platform
ecosystem.
Experience
with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in cloud-based
applications.
Familiarity
with Microsoft Azure services and integration of Power Platform with other
services.
Knowledge
of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or SQL is a plus.
Excellent
problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under
pressure.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain
technical concepts to non-technical users.
