A Men’s Wear Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and styling, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their clothing needs.
Provide styling advice based on body type, occasion, and latest trends
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products (shirts, trousers, accessories)Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Product Knowledge & Display Management
Stay updated on fabric quality, fits, and seasonal collections.
Maintain stock levels and suggest restocking of fast-moving items.
Ensure attractive visual merchandising and proper display of garments.
✅ Billing & Record Keeping
Process sales transactions & manage POS system.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
Maintain customer records for loyalty programs and promotions.
✅ Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to the store manager.
Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal discounts.
✅ Other Responsibilities
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Assist in inventory checks and stock audits.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and pricing strategies.
Location : Rajasthan - Kota
Salary - 15K to 30 K
Exeperince - 1 yrs to 5 yrs
