The role reports to the Zonal Academic Manager and is responsible for the academic program this includesproviding oversight, management and coaching to your team of teachers. In addition to regular classroomobservations, the Academic Manager is responsible for leading trainings, inductions & assisting with lessonplanning, with a variety of administrative duties. Someone who can motivate a team to provide fun,engaging and interactive learning experiences for their students.
