Minimum 4 years of experience
in IT projects proposal writing for global customers.
Should have customer interface
experience to get information required to create proposals.
Should be efficient in
Project estimation & developing project schedules.
Efficient in MS Office &
CRM tools. Should be able to build effective walkthrough presentations and
organizational capability documents.
Excellent Communication and
customer Relationship Management skills.
Own and
support sales team in achieving sales targets.
Experience in generating
proposals and other collaterals for IT Services (Product/Application
Development and Application Maintenance & Support), preferably above
$100,000 for individual proposals.
Understand business and
functional requirements in a concise and clear manner to effectively size
effort.
Should have experience working
with IT delivery team to get required inputs for pre-sales.
Building Pilot Project to
showcase to customers
Developing organization case
studies to show case organization's technical capabilities
Input for creating project
estimation and schedule.
Basic knowledge about cloud/web
technologies technologies, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-ML technologies,
etc.
Ability to own and drive
pre-sales/sales initiatives to conclusion achieving objectives
