Essential Job Functions
1.
Own sales target of each partnership managed by them.
2.
Regular engagements with Sales team of partners mapped to them.
3.
Keep track of sales initiatives and drives.
4.
Create visibility, top of mind recalls across partners to drive sustainable business.
5.
Act as one point contact for training related work.
6.
Should be flexible for travel in remote locations & as per the business requirement. Minimum Requirements
Education:
Master’s degree in management (preferred)
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in Bancassurance.
