  • Troubleshooting and Resolution:
    Diagnose and resolve network issues, including hardware, software, and environmental problems. 
  • Incident Management:
    Track, document, and report network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. 
  • Network Infrastructure Management:
    Manage and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. 
  • Capacity Planning:
