Preparation of documents as per IS Standards and format,
draft them to respective individuals. ● Calender management of team of managers
to schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and remiders. ●
Follow-up with different department and authorities to avoid scheduling
conflits. ● Recording the minutes of the meeting with clear emphasis on the key
action points from the meeting. ● Provide assistance to maintain documents such
as memos, proposals, approvals, presentations etc. ● Making bookings of travel
and accommodation, researching and negotiating for the best prices. ● Handling
incoming calls and other communication ● Support other activities/ special
projects as required by the management.
