We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development
Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and
identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track
record in sales, business expansion, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors orMaster’s degree
- 3-7 years of experience in business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
