Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting premium bath fittings and
sanitaryware. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable
products (faucets, showers, bathtubs, accessories, etc.). - Provide expert knowledge on materials, designs, and functionality of bath
fittings. - Drive sales and achieve showroom targets through effective customer
engagement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers,
and contractors. - Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom display.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor
offerings. - Follow up with clients for after-sales support and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years in retail sales, bath fittings, sanitaryware, or
interior design sales. - Education: Graduate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Interior
Design (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to explain technical features of bath fittings to customers.
- Experience in handling high-end clients and luxury products.
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
Other Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willing to work showroom hours, weekends, and holidays.
