 Job Summary:
Unimark Group, a leading name in the Real Estate industry, is seeking a dedicated and
experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5
years of experience in the field of civil construction and supervision. As a Civil Supervisor, you
will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality control, and
ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
 Supervise and manage the daily construction activities on-site.
 Monitor the work of subcontractors and ensure all work is completed as per the project
specifications.
 Ensure that construction activities are in compliance with safety regulations and quality
standards.
 Assist in coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth
project execution.
 Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, documentation, and other required records.
 Review and inspect the materials, machinery, and resources required for the project.
 Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site construction issues.
 Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality expectations.
Skills & Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
 2 to 5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in real estate projects.
 Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety protocols.
 Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 Ability to handle site inspections and manage a team of workers.
 Proficiency in project management tools and software.
 Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
 Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
