Job Title: Application Tracking Specialist 

 Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Application Tracking Specialist to manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS). The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a seamless flow of information through the system, and ensuring compliance with recruitment standards. 

 • Continuously improve the use of the ATS to streamline recruitment processes, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure data accuracy. 

• Work closely with HR, recruitment teams, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure job requisitions are updated and maintained in the ATS. 

• Assist with communication between recruiters and candidates, ensuring timely updates on their application status. 

• Generate reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve the hiring process and decision-making. 

• Provide support and training to HR and recruitment teams on using the ATS effectively. 

• Ensure that the recruitment process follows legal requirements and company policies, especially in regard to candidate data privacy and confidentiality. 

• Ensure smooth transition and integration of selected candidates into the on boarding process.
