We are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join our team and assist our clients in their trading journey. Job Description: As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and assistance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless trading experience and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with account opening, verification, and maintenance processes, and trading-related queries. Provide guidance on trading platforms, products, and services. Resolve client issues, discrepancies, and complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments, including IT, Compliance and Operations, to ensure a smooth client experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collect feedback from clients and report trends and issues to the management team for process improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to enhance your skills. Work experience: 1-2 years of customer support experience in the investment, banking, or financial services sector is preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving. Knowledge of financial markets, trading, and broking platforms is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (knowledge of trading platforms is a plus). Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
