PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

Relationship Officers will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. This outbound/field job requires good interpersonal skills and basic understanding of sales process and dynamics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE :
| |
Establish contact, build relationships with prospects, and recommend suitable financial solutions. | |
Identify potential business prospects, assess their industry positions, and analyse sales options. | |
Provide necessary information for credit assessment and facilitate the completion of required formalities for loan disbursement | |
Maximize revenue generation by actively developing business and achieving sales targets account opening/ disbursement. | |
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, contributing to informed decision-making | |
Foster and nurture strong relationships with the existing as well as new clients to support, guide and recommend new opportunities. | |
Promote business loans under the banking vertical and consistently achieve assigned business targets | |
Should possess the skill to work both in team and perform independently

Proficiency in English, Vernacular & Hindi language | |
