Job description
Install, configure, test, and maintain equipment and systems at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site.
Provide training and technical guidance to clients and end-users.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support teams to relay customer feedback and technical insights.
Document service reports, site conditions, and system performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during field activities.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities as required.
