  • Pick up items from the store, warehouse, or vendor locations.




  • Safely and timely deliver products to customer addresses.




  • Ensure the correct parcels/packages are delivered without damage.




  • Collect payments or get proof of delivery if required (Cash on Delivery, E-signature, etc.).




  • Plan efficient routes to minimize delays and fuel consumption.




  • Maintain communication with dispatchers and report any issues (traffic, accidents, delays).




  • Follow company safety and hygiene policies at all times.




  • Handle customer queries politely during deliveries.




  • Keep delivery records, log sheets, and report daily activities.
