Dispatch Executive

 Job location – Indore

 Exp.- 2 yrs

 Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                       

• Plan
  and schedule dispatches according to daily delivery requirements.


• Coordinate
  with warehouse and transport teams for loading/unloading and timely
  dispatch of goods.


• Monitor
  vehicle movement and ensure route optimization.


• Track
  shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal
  stakeholders.


• Maintain
  accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and returns.


• Communicate
  effectively with drivers to handle delays, route changes, and other
  concerns.


• Ensure
  compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal
  requirements.


• Assist
  in managing inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.


• Generate
  daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch operations.


• Address
  customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to delivery.

Required Skills                                                                                                             

• Proficient
  in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., TMS, GPS tracking systems).


• Strong
  communication and interpersonal skills.


• Good
  organizational and time management abilities.


• Ability
  to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.


• Knowledge of transportation regulations and geographic
  locations is a plus.
