Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients,
providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction.
Technical Consultation:
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical
solutions, addressing client-specific challenges.
Provide technical advice, guidance, and solutions during
pre-sales and post-sales stages.
Assist clients in system design and integration of clean
tech solutions, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
Respond to technical inquiries, providing in-depth product
knowledge and troubleshooting assistance.
Collaboration with Engineering Teams:
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the technical
specifications align with customer needs.
Communicate customer requirements and feedback to product
development teams for ongoing product improvement.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed on the latest market trends, innovations, and
competitive landscape in the clean tech industry.
