Job description
Oversee and manage day-to-day station activities
Coordinate pick-up/drop-off schedules and ensure timely execution
Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor staff attendance and performance
Maintain station hygiene, safety, and discipline
Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues as needed
