Job Summary is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in
recruitment and payroll management within the retail industry. The ideal candidate should
have over 5 years of relevant HR experience, possess excellent communication and
organizational skills, and be able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all retail and corporate positions.
Source, screen, and onboard candidates efficiently to meet staffing needs.
Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Manage performance appraisals and support managers in performance management.
Address employee grievances and ensure workplace discipline.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Assist in HR policy implementation and HR process improvement.
Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the retail industry.
Proven expertise in recruitment and payroll management.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a male candidate.
Should be available to join immediately.
