High school diploma or equivalent; college degree

Salary range 2.5-4lpa

Key Responsibilities:

·    Develop,
implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and
engagement.

·    Create
and run paid ad campaigns on GoogleAds & MetaAds (Facebook &
Instagram).

·    Monitor
and analyze ad performance, optimize campaigns for better ROI.

·    Generate
engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.

·    Manage
social media accounts, respond to comments and messages.

·    Stay
updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media
marketing.

·    Collaborate
with the design and content teams to create visually appealing creatives.

·    Track
KPIs and generate reports to measure the success of social media efforts.

Requirements:

·    2-3
years of experience in social media marketing and paid advertising.

·    Hands-on
experience with GoogleAds & MetaAds.

·    Strong
understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools.

·    Excellent
communication and creative writing skills.

·    Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

·    Knowledge
of SEO, influencer marketing, and email marketing is a plus.

·    Familiarity
with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
