Key Responsibilities of an Housekeeping Executive:

Directing and supervising the
housekeeping team, including scheduling, training, and evaluating staff

guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.

Policy and Procedure Development:
Establishing and implementing
housekeeping policies and procedures to optimize operations and maintain

Inventory Management:
Managing linen, cleaning supplies,
and other housekeeping inventory to ensure sufficient stock and cost control.

Communication and Coordination:
Working with other hotel departments
(e.g., front office, maintenance) to coordinate services and address guest
needs.

Problem-Solving:
Resolving guest complaints and
housekeeping issues promptly and effectively.

Budgeting and Financial Management:
Developing and managing the
housekeeping budget.
