Job description

We require Senior Accountant person

Objectives of this role

·        
Managing and maintaining financial records, including general
ledger accounts and financial statements.

·        
Reviewing financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy
and compliance.

·        
Reviewing and processing vendor invoices with an accurate booking
of TDS/GST in the tally.

·        
Providing timely financial information to support decision-making
processes. 

 Tasks

·        
Prepare and present statements, such as balance sheets, income and
cash flow.

·        
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing
activities.

·        
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and studying
account information.

·        
Ensure that the organization complies with all financial
regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards and reporting requirements
in India.

Required skills and qualifications

·        
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.

·        
Professional certification such as Diploma in Tally, TDS, GST is
preferred.

·        
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

·        
Good technical knowledge in tax and accounting.

·        
Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices and
procedures.

·        
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

·        
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and
reporting.

·        
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment.

·        
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
