Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in the genset or industrial sectors. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. Strategic Thinking: Capability to plan, develop, and implement effective sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders. Excellent Command of Excel: Proficiency in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis. Reading Habit: A strong reading habit to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new ideas. Active on Social Networks: Strong presence and engagement on online social platforms to build brand awareness and leverage networking opportunities. Sales Data Analysis: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing sales data to ensure sales targets and objectives are met. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively. Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and sales events.
