Forex sales manager

Job description

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team/Associate.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its
strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs.
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status.
Identify and develop strategic
relationships with potential students who
would require a loan
● Develop a strong pipeline of new students
through direct or indirect customer contact
and prospecting
● Place outbound calls, send letters, and
emails to contact delinquent borrowers
and advise them of their repayment
responsibility and options
● Receive phone calls from students,
answering their questions regarding their
loan queries and repayment options
● Analysing the financial status of a
borrower.
● Monitor and analyse the steady pipeline
to review performance & optimise
accordingly to ensure that the objectives
are being met
● Maintain strong follow

feedback calls
● Create lead engagement plans and
strategy
● Research the details pertaining to each
offering and add onto it on
a timely basis
