Job description


  • Building Relationships:
    They establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering trust and collaboration. 
  • Generating Leads:
    BDEs use various methods to generate leads, including networking, online marketing, and outbound calls. 
  • Developing and Executing Sales Strategies:
    They develop and implement sales plans, including pricing strategies, sales pitches, and promotional materials. 
  • Negotiating Contracts:
    BDEs negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure new business deals. 
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams:
    They work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives. 
  • Tracking and Analyzing Results:
    BDEs monitor performance, analyze results, and make adjustments to their strategies as needed.
